Article Copyright aims to protect the specific way that an article has been written by describing the research process and the results. The NJSA is committed to its authors to protect, defend their work and their reputation and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethic disputes and fraud very seriously.

If an author discovers a possible case of plagiarism, fraud or infringement, such author is advised to immediately contact the editorial team of NJSA which will in turn liaise with our in-house legal department for appropriate action on the matter

How copyright works here

• Authors sign a publishing agreement where they will have copyright but grant broad publishing and distribution rights to the publisher, including the right to publish the article on NJSA’s online platforms.
• The author chooses an end user license under which readers can use and share the article.
• NJSA makes the article available online with the author’s choice of end user licens
